When passwords are changed or the social platforms update security you will need to reauthorize your Dashboard account.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Go to Add/Edit services.
2. Click the "My Services" tab
2. Click the 'Edit' button opposite that service.
3. Select the update option as shown in image 2.
4. After the account is re authorized you can resend the messages in the bounced folder.
