You can set up your Dashboard to monitor multiple review sites like; Yelp , Trip Advisor , City Search , Google Local , Yahoo! Local , UrbanSpoon , Insiderpages ,  ApartmentRatings , DealerRater , MerchantCircle, ApartmentReviews , Yellow pages, Edmunds.com , OpenTable , Cars.com and Renter’s Voice. Step 1. Locate addresses

To get you started with review site monitoring first you’ll need to find URL( web address) of the review pages you would like to monitor.

For example to monitor the Starbucks in Beverly Hills, CA 90210:

Google Local: https://plus.google.com/102293824781572197088/about?gl=US&hl=en


Yelp: http://www.yelp.com/biz/starbucks-beverly-hills-2


Yahoo Local: http://local.yahoo.com/info-20448039-starbucks-beverly-hills


CitySearch: http://losangeles.citysearch.com/profile/109686/beverly_hills_ca/starbucks_coffee.html

Step 2. Plug URLs into the Dashboard.

>Head over to Add/edit services > Monitoring > Review Monitoring > Add

> Enter a Description, this is for your reference only e.g. Starbucks  Beverly Hills, CA 90210

> Then place the URLs retrieved in Step 1 in the allocated boxes.


> Choose whether you would like to receive email notifications 
- Enter emails addresses, separate multiple addresses with commas

> Click save settings.

- Results will be retrieved once a day and can be found in the Message box > Monitoring > Select the term from the drop down menu on the right side.
